Why Do People Pretend That Wilder Wasn't Signed to Fight the #2 HW in The World.....

Keep in mind Wilder's next fight was set up for FOX all that was set under card set when the Polish dude got popped.
Ortiz is an HBO guy and HBO has rights to first and last with his next fight, he is not free to just go and fight wherever he wants. Time was a factor and Ortiz is very much the b-side in that fight so it is not just an easy deal to make when HBO generally doesn't play nice. Just look at the Joshua-Wlad situation where TV is still not figured out~

Wilder didn't agree to go there, he didn't have a choice. If he didn't agree then the only option would be to drop the belt. Imagine Wilder with his padded record dropping his belt.... he would have been a complete laughing stock.
I don't see you guys rushing to pat Kell Brook on the back for agreeing to fight his mandatory, why should Wilder get special treatment. Wilder has had that belt for 2 years but faced weak voluntary after weak voluntary.
The problem with Wilder is he talks so got damn much but does so little. After Fury beat Wladimir, he was really trying to say that he was the best HW because he had the WBC belt. That pissed off a lot of people and rightly so, how are you gonna talk all that jazz and be fighting the level of opponents he has.

OK but how long will that be used as an EXCUSE for WILDER because even before Povetkin he took ALL SOFT TOUCHES since becoming Champion
Luis Ortiz is enrolled in WBC/VADA testing so what will be the excuse after he past Gerald Washington and he fights Stiverne again? NO FUKING EXCUSES! To make things worse he runs his mouth and always take little jabs as Joshua which I think is out of Jealousy because Joshua stardom continues to RISE while his star is stuck somewhere in the Backwoods of Alabama
Not all Wilder Criticism is out of "HATE" or "RACISM" a lot of his Criticism is VALID! STEP THE FUK UP! You're a Champion, no longer a Prospect or a "CONTENDER"

He's already shown the willingness to travel to his opponents backyard and defend his title at all costs.

Parker is able to hide behind the WBO belt instead of facing Wilder. Joshua was able to target Martin instead of facing Wilder. Ortiz his behind an interim belt instead of facing Wilder. Etc etc.
Povetkin was the mandatory and the top contender in the world. Wilder flew to Moscow to face him in enemy territory. Who has Wilder been ducking? Nobody.
If Wilder was as weak as you NSB idiots claim, guys would be lining up to face him.
Hughie Fury was able to choose between Wilder and Parker. He chose Parker. Do you think that was because his team considered Parker an easier fight or a harder fight? Obviously they considered it an easier fight.
Stop recognizing the WBOgus belt and a lot of this will take care of itself.

If Wilder said no, he'd have been stripped. If Wilder was stripped, how long do you think it'd take him to get a title from the other sanctioning bodies? i reckon 2 years easy
