1. Mayweather (barely, very poor #1 seeing as he fights once a year)
2. Pacquiao (looked average in recent fights but still winning, yes he beat Bradley)
3. Ward (still only a 1 weight champion, p4p should be reserved for dominating weight classes)
4. Martinez (good champion and takes on all comers, will he fight Golovkin though?)
5. Marquez (he's better than Martinez but Sergio has him on recent performances)
6. Bradley (list is already getting very thin, good fighter though worthy of top 10 right now)
7. Wlad (kinda silly to have heavyweights on here but I have to simply because he's one of the best right now and more dominant than any champ in any division, 7 only because of competition sucks at heavy)
8. Vitali (same as above, just less dominant)
9. Donaire (multiple division champion, very good fighter)
10. Froch (would love to put a little guy in here but don't watch much below super batamweight, deserves it for fighting the best fight after fight)
