Taking a break from politics is good for the mind and spirit
Spending a half hour or more per day following the American political scene is bad for you, I'm 100% convinced. Getting wrapped up in all of that bitterness and fighting for a good chunk of your day is just terrible.
Politics is ALL B.S. they are ALL crooks. Shet maybe I should get in the action & get a piece of the pie & tell everyone whatever they want to hear since no one does anything about the corruption....LMMFAO!
