  • Fury/Schwarz: Tyson Fury weighs in HEAVIER than Andy Ruiz

For reference Ruiz weighed in 260 for Joshua. So Fury "is setting physical fitness back 100 years!" if he beats Schwarz, who weighed in slightly larger than Wilder against Fury.

Would be hilarious if Schwarz landed a prayer and knocked Fury out, but it won't happen cuz Schwarz is a bum

Maybe we should rethink what it means to be in shape for the heavyweight division since fatboys Fury and Ruiz beat AJ and Wilder.

Well but the pattern is that the fat guy is the one to bet on, so that means Fury, right?

I dunno. Schwarz is keeping my $46. Maybe he'll score a DQ win like he did against Gashi and break NSB again.

Fury better not go in there clinching

Andy Ruiz weighed in heavier than Tyson Fury. Ruiz weighed in at 268 lbs, while Tyson Fury weighed in at 263 lbs.

Also, Tyson Fury is 6'9" and Andy Ruiz is 6'2". So even though Fury is 7 inches taller, he weighed in 5 pounds lighter than Ruiz.

                260+ lbs., exactly as predicted.

Fury's physical condition hasn't changed like many assumed it would.

These "tune up" fights aren't going to help him improve. He should have never waited on the rematch. Doing so has given Team Wilder more time to devise tactics that exploit his style. They'll make adjustments in the rematch, but by the time Fury realizes what's happening, it'll be too late. Wilder will pierce through his defense in the early rounds and he'll never recover.

                    NO!

Ruiz is 260 but only 6'2" while Fury is 263 but 6'9". Its not the weight alone but the weight relative to the height and also muscles vs fat, and even where the fat is.
