I feel you homey, it's having to fighting somebody like John Ruiz. Theres a few ways around it but overall it fn sucks.

And people act like it's so damn easy to just say "well work on your wrestling dumbass" well all these ****ers been wrestling since they were like 5, how the hell do you compete with that? And yeah Takedown defense works to some degree but most the time it just looks like Lentz-Winner or Sherk-Diaz were their takedown defense worked to some degree but they lost the decision because they were against the cage whole time defended the takedown.
