a few pieces of chocolate right after my meal so insulin wasnt spiked
the key to eating healthy is to make the food as filling as possible because your body knows you aredown caleries and willmake you hungry more too, so if you eat say prawn veg stir fry that wont cut it because ull be hungry 2hours later
but if u have a big ol fish,and add complex carbs like lentils , and fat like nuts to itull be very very fullfora long time while cutting calories
i think thats the key,
also a healthy dose of FEAR that makes u WANT to eat healthy more than wanting to indulge a craving now that works
making healthy food taste good that is a skill, that needs to be developed
calerie reduction imo shouldn't be the focus but rather eating healthy nearly all the time shd , the caleries will take careof themselves because chances are you are onlyfat due to eating low unfilling foods that are extremely calerie dense, which is not possible while eating healthy
