Both were great champions and had great careers, but which one would you rank higher and why?

Define a great career. Wlad was dominant and on an unbeaten streak for years, made a ton of money but didn't really have a signature win amongst weaker competition when compared to Mosley having big fights against P4P guys.

I think its unfair to criticise Wlad for the quality if the rest of the heavyweight division during his reign

yes in 2 divisions in fact. 135 and 147. wlad the huggy man split his reign with his brother so he only gets half the credit for dominating a division.

why did he have the better career? because it was longer? leonards career at the top only lasted like 3-4 years. wlad lasted a long time but most his fights were complete clinch fests against crap opposition. chris byrd, haye, povetkin(should be a dq) and fury(loss) are his signature fights. thats a big meh
