Its definitely not something I would choose for my own avatar, but I have no problem with it personally, and dont see why it would be breaking any obvious rules.

Isnt it just an alt account for trolling anyway though? In that regard I think its the perfect avatar since its definitely gonna get a reaction from a people...

The irony is that if that picture was of two women posing like that it would be not allowed due to crotch proximity.
