Floyd.

His ability to adjust and completely nullify his opponents' main weapon was second to none.

Intellectually both in the lowbrow IQ range, but ya gotta say they was always in shape, so they had that discipline down.

Bernard was a dirty fighter. He cheated by wrestling while his opponent was boxing. He had a great IQ no doubt, but he was dirty in there and it aided him in winning while Floyd was more talented, but he beat you purely with the sweat science. Floyd had the higher IQ.

Hopkins itís not close really, Floyd fought more with athletic and speed abilities while Hopkins was true thinker itís why he lasted so long and against far stronger punchers ,I think Floydís success is also down to how his father prepared him but in the ring making adjustments I say Hopkins.

You're nuts. Both Hops and Floyd were genius in the ring.

I want to say Floyd but Hops fought out of his comfort zone more often so the curve is different.

Probably Floyd. He was better at setting traps and making adjustments midway through a fight. Hopkins relied too much on dirty tactics and excessive clinching. Something Floyd would adopt in the latter part of his career.

Bernard Hopkins. Has to use ring IQ WHILE FIGHTING his opponent.

Floyd was more like Usain Bolt, high runners IQ.
