I do the same thing. Garlic is a potent mothetfuker, vampire's are wise to fear it. Quick fact though, garlic is a bacteria killer in general (at least raw) and it can kill a lot of your good bacteria, so keep that in mind.

Oh sh^t lol. Never really considered that angle, but makes sense. I'll have to look into that more.

I've never really noticed any negative side effects from usage, but I've always assumed it to be a overall safer means to rid yourself of sickness than anything you'd get from a doctor once you're sick & in particular BEFORE you get sick so I feel like I'm not overusing it or anything either.
