I use a face wash every time I shower, so once every two weeks

I never had acne, worst was maybe 16-17 years. Even then it was just a few pimples. Nothing crazy

What I do is when I have kind of a painful acne/pimple, I don't apply facewash/cream on it i.e., just leave that part out carefully & it dries out & stops growing & eventually goes off..
