That pic is from his 2013 trip... When he visted Northern Syria in Idlib province to meet rebels (Free Syrian Army) which is now basically non existent besides the Southern Front.. None of which was either Abu Bakr al Baghdadi or Muhammed Noor.

Today he visited the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), a group mainly made up of Kurds not Islamists, in fact they are our best ally against IS.

Stop being a ****boy and trying to mislead people on purpose to further your cause, or if that's not it, at least be informed of stuff before you post it.
