I think it has more to do with 50 being a rapper and Kimbo being a fighter. Besides that, I really don't see how weight is that big of an issue.

If it were, Royce Gracie wouldn't have been the UFC champ multiple times. Fighting people who outweighed him by 100lbs at times.

From what I heard 50 and Floyd had a little brawl back in the time. So I assume, 50 is like 155-165lbs. That's still not quiet enough to KO a heavyweight.

And Kimbo isn't really a fighter, he is just brawler with good punching power. He is nothing being close to be a fighter.
