If Vasyl Lomachenko really wants to, then he would and could become one. Otherwise, it's Anthony Joshua ATM.

After the Mayweather era, in which people within boxing loved to hate him, his non casual friendly style, the "Money" persona in which he played the heel role to maximise earnings, etc. I think that Anthony Joshua is the poster boy that not everybody wants, but the one the sport of boxing NEEDS.
Dude is a heavyweight, he's mind mannered, well spoken, articulate. He remains disciplined, has a clean cut image, doesn't use the whole brash, c0cky black guy angle, etc. He may not give controversial sound bytes, and may come across as "bland" to some, but dude is like apple pie - wholesome, and we need a wholesome boxing focal point.

TC is actually better than AJ

Canelo could be if he learned how to speak English.
But AJ is the guy, heavyweights always have that special schezuan sauce about them and AJ is still sitting nicely on his win over Wlad.

I would say Canelo at the moment, but that's not by a big margin. Right now, no one really stands out as a polarizing figure in boxing. With a few more fights I think Loma, Spence, or Joshua have the potential to rise to the top of the heap and stand out above the crowd.
