Outperformed Pulev against Thompson, dominated Kauffman, stopped Cojanu when Parker couldn't. etc.

Ortiz rarely loses a round. If a blown up, sothpaw light heavy like Moorer could have the success he did in the 90s and a journeyman like Wooden, you better believe Ortiz could as well.
You must be joking with that list. Going the distance with Ike, Lewis and Byrd is > anything Ortiz has done. Win, lose or draw.

Neither Byrd or Ibeabuchi are all time greats, did you see just how badly Byrd lost to a young Wlad & how bad he was losing to Vitali? Neither fight was competitive in the least. Ibeabuchi showed little to no skill against Tua, just basic brawling like a Joseph Parker, Chisora, Whyte etc.

Lewis was an even lesser puncher than Wlad which Steward has gone on record saying, Mavrovic a Euro level fighter, back when Euro HW boxing was WAY worse than it is now, ate his punches for breakfast.

      International boxing now>>>>90's hands down.

This era features some of the hardest hitters ever, look at what happened to iron chin Mercer against Wlad, absolutely destroyed and he wasn't some sort of shot fighter either. Wlad is an even lesser puncher than guys like Wilder & AJ. Even Mike Tyson was going the distance with bums, at least AJ, Wilder, & Ortiz KO those types of guys.

Ortiz has no stamina and isn't elusive. Tua would brutally KO him. he's there to be hit, and you don't want that with Tua.

How slow is Ortiz? People that say Ortiz beats Tua should stop talking. There is no way Ortiz survives that first three rounds against Tua.

Probably not, but Tua didn't do so well vs the Lewis, and Ortiz is much better than Ruiz was.
Prob. comes down to Tua has a much better chin than Ortiz.
              So Tua for me.

Tua would pretty much obliterate any version of Ortiz.

Tua kills him. Ortiz is an average level hw. Nothing special at all.
