Per say yes , since its dealing with HTML scripting. Cant really call it coding tbh

The coding term fits it better if it was C/C++ , Java , etc

As for Accelerometer and Gyroscope embeded within the HTML script, are allowing access to their device interfaces, they are called Sensor API's.

It allows a remote host to access device data in relation to acceleration, linear and angular movement.
