He did a interview recently with fighthub and they asked him about getting ready for a bigger opponent in Linares and if hes sparring 140lbers how does it feel? He said he doesn't know because some of the sparring he's doing is with 160-168lbers.

Good Q, though I think Vanes sees this as $$. Why else take it after 2 years off? I believe he's a decent fighter but everything about this tells me he's collecting a check. In photos last week, he didn't even look like he was training for a comeback.

High probability you're right about that redd. I like how the fight poster has vanes fresh-faced with black hair and lots of it. Yet in reality he has a grey widows peak buzz cut and looks like he's been drinking beer and lounging in his own farts. He looks shot to bits
