      Watch more boxing.
      Seriously.

You clearly like mexican boxing So I have to ask.
Why you have bums like Marquez and Castillo on that list but
      no Ruben Olivares?

You have to watch a fighter live to be able to rank them?

Once you hit middleweight the Mexicans almost entirely disappear. A nation of pipsqueaks can still produce decent fighters, they will just be pipsqueak combatants.

From what I consider Hispanic which is born and/or raised in a Latin American country or at least ethnically Latino (I'll include Brazil because close enough) I'd go with : -

                  1. Roberto Duran
                  2. Eder Jofre
                  3. Carlos Ortiz
                  4. Carlos Monzon
                  5. Kid Gavilan
                  6. Jose Napoles
                  7. Alexis Arguello
                  8. Ruben Olivares
                  9. Julio Cesar Chavez
                  10. Juan Manuel Marquez

Luis Rodriguez was a great fighter. Very underrated. I think he fought on (at least) even terms with Griffith across all four of their fights.
