All the titles available and all the weight classes now the p4p title. It's all meaningless hog wash . History usually defines the great fighters of all time versus those of an era and quickly points out the pretenders. Heck half the title holders today claim to be the best fighter of all time! Now as for the p4p reference what does that exactly mean? It's another media generated reference. Heck Mayweather claims he's P4P and never fights a legitimate fighter in his own weight division and history will surely point this out no matter how much he or others think other wise. Could he have beat Sugar Ray Leonard? I personally dont think so but as of right now history easli should point out tha Ray was the far, far better fighter, why? He fought all the best in his division while they were in their prime and didn't make a carreer out of fightings smaller guys or wait until a big name is on the down side of his career to fight them. Whats next for Pretty boy a rematch with Hatton? Or maybe he can get the straweight champion to move up and face him? It has to do with reputation and the fact that most of the ring P4P top 10 has been highly inactive.

Vasquez, Mosley, B- Hop, Rafael Marquez, Cabellero (he has fought but nothing meaningful). Blame them for not fighting and holding down their spots for Mayweather being able to swoop in like that.

Marquez was reported to be the favorite by Mayweather's PR Department. Legimate fight fans saw it for what it was a paycheck forp no money to pay his taxes.
