Before you got here a poster made a thread about all of Joe Fraziers opposition. As in how they were and stuff like you're stating. It all made it seem as if he didn't fight anyone up to par. Batman schools Floyd, slick stealth like, Floyd will be punching thin air. Batman peppers Floyd with punches he doesn't even see coming, then POW!!! The Dark Knight gets the KO.

The Hulk, too big and too strong, yeah ofcourse he is one dimensional and will walk into a lot of straight rights, but he got a granite chin and will walk Floyd down, pressure him before knocking him out of the ring and out of the arena.

Against Superman, If Floyd gets the fight in Nevada, where he would inject Kryptonite laced Xylocaine into his hands, banned everywhere else except Nevada. This will give Floyd a huge advantage, as Supes would be weak as a kitten, especially on the inside. If in Vegas Floyd takes it, anywhere else Floyd gets annihilated.
