It will be. The weight will either make or break Chavez Jr.

He's right. A lhw fighting a cw has a huge weight discrepancy but I still favor the ginger

If team Canelo was concerned about weight Chavez would be the last fight they seek, maybe rumors are true that he been 180 in the ring his last two fights...

Cause Chavez isn't going to drain himself 20 pounds to make the limit

Canelo seems to be on lose lose side.
            Vs GGG = Gets Demolished
Vs Chavez = Weight Disadvantage, his best weapon
Vs Charlo = high risk, low reward
Vs BJS = medium risk, low reward

Less than 300k ppv vs Smith On Mexican Independence day weekend, it will be the same vs BJS or less.

I'd like to see CW banned in 2017. Why can't these fighters decide what weight they are and fight each other. I've nothing against fighters moving up if they've outgrown a weight but every canelo fight is a CW nightmare.

they weight about the same on fight night, so no issue there, the real issue here is that chavez jr will be weight drained trying to reach that 165lb limit, he has a hard time reaching the 168lb limit, how much harder will be getting those 3 pounds off, maybe if he starts training now he will be able.
