The only good argument I saw was if blacks are 10% of US population then we should have 10% of doctors as blacks hence we need affirmative action.

Well we should be honest, most people prefer to stick with their race when it comes to face to face stuff.

Like an Asian guy prefers the Asian car salesman compared to a Mexican one.

I also prefer Asian doctors.

I'm sure black people prefer black doctors too.
