I just think it was the weight. Linares weighed in at 136 for a fight at 140, vs a big guy at 140. Don't ask me why. But when you do stupid stuff like for a boxing match, you get hurt. Doesn't really say anything about Linares, or Lomachenko, or even Cano. Just a blatant ***** up by Team Linares. And for anyone denigrating Lomachenko's performance based on this, I'm sure Loma would have knocked him out in 1 round too if Linares had weighed in at only 131 lbs for their 135 lbs matchup.
