Controversial topic, but if Mike Tyson didn't have such an Achilles heel type weakness in his bully-like mentality, would he have been the greatest heavyweight ever?
Unmatched head movement, explosiveness, top 90th percentile punching power, great chin, killer instinct, more intimidating than any fighter ever (maybe Sonny Liston, but if I had to fight either, I'd be more intimidated by Mike).
But his lack of Ring IQ and ability to adjust was his downfall. If the bullied stands up to the bully (i.e., Lewis, Holyfield, Douglas, etc.) he crumbles. Had these been in place, would he be the greatest (at least heavyweight) of all time?
