The sagging of the pants started in prison. It was a way of letting everyone know you were available. So, unless you take it up the rear you should really be wearing them around the waist.

Its why I do wear them like that, how else are the gents going to know "i'm looking".

my body is out of proportion and i have very long legs so i try to keep my pants as low as possible without sagging. where my dick starts in the front and just high enough to cover my ass in the back. sometimes i guess they drop slightly further, never so far that my ass isnt covered though.

if i wear them right around my waist i look like an old man with his pants hiked up to his nipples, well not quite but kind of. my legs are too long for that ish.
