oh sorry, wrong question, thought you asked how western countries create terrorists.

You have things the wrong way around.

Israel wants the islamic countries around them destabilized for simple self-preservation.

So yes, to prevent the genocide which the arabic islamic nations of the area are committed to, there are efforts to undermine their ability to do this.

If stopping islamic people from committing genocide is somehow thought of as causing islamic people to become extremist, then that thinking is twisted in the extreme.

Islam is the root cause of the problems here, not israel or the jews.

Keep in mind that there are 100 muslims for every jew, and you will see how stupid it is to think that muslims are the ones who are somehow under threat.
