I would start Mcgee-AD-Bron-Green-Avery. This is a potent two-way lineup.

Have Boogie and Kuz come on against the other teams 2nd unit as a spark off the bench. Kuz shoots blind folded anyway so might as well do it against the other teams 2nd tier defenders.
