Mayweather doesn't get the credit he deserves for the thorough schooling of JMM

It was Marquez’s first fight at welterweight, two weight classes above his last weight class.

Tim Bradley doesn’t get enough credit for beating JMM. Mayweather gets too much credit.

Just look at the natural size differential. Ray was a natural welterweight whilst Duran was a natural lightweight. That’s what makes Duran’s win so impressive. And whilst Ray’s performance in the rematch was impressive, he had many natural physical advantages the same way Floyd had advantages against Marquez.

Gotta luv how he ran from the Tyny plodder also. Brave feller this Floyd feller.

Pacquaio went through 4 very tough wars with Marquez. It it only took Mayweather 1 fight.

          Very underrated and overlooked win.

Or maybe because people realize that Floyd was fighting a 2 division smaller fighter and yet didn't even dare to make weight at the 144 contracted CW...

Nice try but 3 razor close wins is better than one convincing win for legacy and greatness.
Especially when the convincing win is a cheated scales win. Floyd hasn't got a legit win over a Mexican in his whole career. Nelo was a cw. Floyd s loves question marks littering his resume.

Duran is GREAT and arguably the best fighter since Ali, no doubt. But I don't think this is a fair comparison. Duran at this point had already fought at WW for two years with 8 fights at or above the 147 weight limit. And then he obviously proved he can hang at MW with his performances against Hagler and Barkley.

So while it showed Duran's true greatness that he could climb the weight classes the way he did, I don't think it was exactly the same as the other examples you used.

so those 2 pounds are why Floyd outboxed him?

And was so fat that he had to go back down to 135 and stayed there for 2 years.

Or so those 12 pounds why Spence outboxed Mikey? Lomachenko outboxed Rigo? We all know how size advantage comes in boxing.

Spence doesn't get credit schooling Mikey, nor does Loma on Rigo nor does Floyd.
