I didn't read the whole article but the thread title is self explanatory, 38 is still big and that policy is impractical because waist line should be proportional to a person's height. A 5'6" policeman with a 38" waistline is still round.

It's pretty dumb to say 38 inch waist when a man who could be 7 foot isn't going to have a smaller waist unless he is The Bringer for example
