goes towards debt service on the $11 trillion debt that was in place when he got there

Tricky language there. But I see right through it. Kind of like the whole Liberal talking point these days that "giving tax breaks to the rich" is redistribution of wealth.....as if this the equivalent of actual redistribution of wealth...which Obama is in favor of.

I'm not going to entertain that.

That has nothing to do with me, as I explained in previous posts about Bush not being a real Fiscal Conservative. Which is why Small Govt-leaning people are flocking over to the Libertarian wing/movement...as being associated to Conservative means being associated to Big Govt. Cronyism.

Despite you listing off some empty stats of OBama making things better....there is another Recession coming, much worse then in 2008. The trick is....who and what is gonna take the blame for this one. Will it be Quasi-Socialism (as it should be) and the Bi-partisan Big Govt policies...or will Obama types find a way to blame it on Greed and Capitalism or Bush...which will justify more BIg Govt policies as the remedy to the Collapse.

Hopefully the right things will be blamed next time around, so we can start abolishing Govt departments, entitlements, subsidies...lowering taxes and the whole nine yards.

Well, if Obama gets a recession in his second term, I guess the US will just have to deal with it.

But "small government"? Romney and Ryan's records are anything but.

I thought we've already covered this. Are you thick?

I know that. But compared to Obama? Much better. Who is more likely to slow the rate of growth down? I'd say Romney/Ryan as they're not openly and proudly, championing Progressive solutions to every problem.

And as I said, considering that you don't care about actual Small Govt and are in favor of Progressive, Economic Central planning solutions.....why do you care if Romney is a purist o not. You should actually like him since he is more of a soft "moderate" who could easily give in and pass something that the Democrats like.

If Obama gets a recession.....he deserves the same blame Bush has gotten, except it should be more clear and not framed as just another Partisan criticism (they blamed bush so now we blame Obama).

This goes back further then just Obama or even Bush. Clinton even. He was just a lucky beneficiary of a Dot-Com Bubble, that made his Tax increases look good on paper...which the Democrats now say we need again to replicate the 90's...even though it has nothing to do with it. The Dot-Com Bubble and the artificial jobs created provided more overall Tax revenue, not Clinton's Tax increases on the rich.

And once he left office, the next Admin (Bush) inherited the Burst of the Dot-com bubble... by default.
