Nobody would be talking about PEDs if it weren't for Mayweather. And it's too bad the followers like TS and many on this site actually take him seriously.

Pacquiao in his younger days at 126, lower was always drained. He used to walk around 160, When he hit 135 and up he seemed comfortable at the weight. I mean at 126 he rehydrated to 147, didn't he? So if he fights a weight he's already going to be at fight night in other weight classes then he doesn't have to suffer or worry about diets and focus more on strategory and improving boxing skill. That's what happened when Manny hit 135 and up, It has nothing todo with PEDs. His body is getting older so naturally it's going to want a bigger frame. He's still a small skinny guy at 140-147 which is why he's still fast. It's not like his muscles grew so much to make you think otherwise. And don't forget his lower body is where he's big at so that's where his power and speed with his footwork come from. He also works hard so I doubt he's even a cheat.
