Pacquiao Vs Pernell Whitaker at 147? Who would have won?

Pernell would make Paq look like a bumbling amateur with the way that Paq runs straight in firing with is head straight up in the air.

Paq is in no way as skilled as Whitaker, with the exception of power.

Whitaker was more skilled, but his feet got slower the longer he stayed at 147...he became a much more flat-footed at the weight.

Pac is fighting a slick fighter in Mayweather, orthodox.
He also has fought Bradley, (some might say he can be slick at times)

How do you think Pacquiao would do against a slick southpaw defensive master? Would he have better success against a south paw defensive fighter?

Dont you know that according to 90% of nsb posters, none of todays fighters could beat prior generations fighters? lol, everyone is going to say Whittaker but Mannys speed is ridiculous so hes game against anyone that doesnt counter punch with the power of a donkey kick. But IMO, mythically if they fought, Whittaker would win 5 out of 10, Manny would win 4, and 1 draw, turn that into a poll lol
