  • One piece of advice you'd give to a beginner?

You might be wondering, why don't they just ask their trainer for advice? True, but what bad can giving some simple advice do...

My advice would be: Solidify your defense FIRST.

    What would be yours?

Come on guys, he wants advice so grow up.

The first thing you should know is keep your hands down, head up, mouth open, feet together, move as little as possible and when your opponent tries to hit you, scream like a girl and DON'T try to block it. You'll be winning in no time!

Beginners are easily discouraged when their add kicks in + delusions of grandeur are burst..

To that end, do not give up..do not be discouraged....showing up is half the battle. Be willing to put in the TIME. My advice to a beginner.
