My Scorecard:

Round 1: Even 10-10, Even 10-10, Not much in this rd to say either guy deserved it on the cards

Round 2: JC 10-9, JC 20-19, Again a close rd that I couldn't argue with it going to either guy or being even, I gave it to JC on his aggression & what I felt were the cleaner punches landed despite feeling PW landed more

Round 3: PW 10-9, Even 29-29, Beautiful rd by PW, keeping perfect distance & jabbing his way to a making it look easy rd here, JC landing some body shots here & there, but this rd was all PW besides that

Round 4: PW 10-9, PW 39-38, Closer rd than the last rd, but still PW keeping the distance like a pro & scoring with the jab & making JC miss, best shot JC landed was to PW nuts

Round 5: JC 10-9, Even 48-48, Close rd, couldn't argue with this going either way, JC had some moments, PW had some moments, for me being that it was close I like the guy being more aggressive & that was JC

Round 6: PW 10-9, PW 58-57, This rd was similar to the 3rd with PW expertly using distance, being elusive & landing the jab to make it look easy & winning this rd

Round 7: PW 10-9, PW 68-66, PW using them angles & that jab in this rd, JC doesn't seem to have many answers, JC is landing body shots nicely from time to time, but not nearly enough to win rds or have much impact on PW movement

Round 8: PW 10-9, PW 78-75, PW keeps being PW, closer rd early, but in the later half PW landed some surprisingly hard punches on JC that made it not so close

Round 9: PW 10-9, PW 88-84, JC winning this rd early for me, but PW outdid JC in the last minute so much I had to give it to PW, but this was a close-ish rd I think you could argue

Round 10: Even 10-10, PW 98-94, Can't fault anyone for saying either guy took this rd, but to me this was super close with JC having some moments + his aggression being effective while PW is maintaining distance so well & landing that jab all night & some stuff on top of the jab

Round 11: PW 10-9, PW 108-103, Really good PW rd, doing the same things in this rd thats won him most of the rds so far, distance perfectly kept, jab there all day, being elusive & making JC miss & making him pay after

Round 12: JC 10-9, PW 117-113, PW milking the clock vs trying to win the rd & JC just more consistent in this rd

I had it closer, 7-5 for Whitaker. One or two rounds I gave Chavez the benefit of the doubt.
