Usually, people know who they are killing or have specific targets in mind for specific reasons.

But, things have changed a lot and shoot into groups of people to ensure hitting someone with bullets.

Hopefully some of these clowns will get caught and go to prison where they belong.

Yup but per capita is what matters or the US and Mexico would be considered more murderous than Jamaica but that's not the case.
