    6 miles is a long run for me, 10 miles would require a couple days rest after.

    One good thing about longer runs, they help build mental toughness and intestinal fortitude which can carry over into other aspects of your training and boxing mentality

      Long distance helps to burn fat, but I hate doing that

        Mike Tyson Pacman and RJJ did long distance running, so maybe you should do sprints
