Why Don't Military People Accept Criminals?

Most criminals can't follow orders and lack discipline, not to mention being extremely selfish. Being in the military is a team sport.

Correct. Most don't come to that realization until they hit a prison yard. Then they fall in line. See it every day. Homie boot camp aka prison
