of course the land is cheaper. but the main reason for this occurence is the lower wages. the projections for beef production were done at 25 year intervals until the year 2200..... Brazil overtakes the U.S. before 2050.

i am against illegal immigration. i agree with your sentiment, but not your reasoning. the fact of the matter is that with the current tax system the average citizen doesnt shoulder their fair share of the country's cost of operation (what we are paying for with taxes). that is why many favor the fair or flat tax rate.

whats to happen to the kid working minum wage that cant offord to shoulder that extra burden while hes going to school or paying off college loans?

is he forced to work as hard as he can just to get by with out ever the chance to make some more of him self?(the american dream)

and what of the rich who got to where they were because they didnt have to shoulder the extra burden in school and they were able to use their time to make something more of them selfs, should they not have to pay back the burde that they couldnt shoulder when they were younger?

bro most of us will never be able to pay back for all of the things we have received from the country. a flat tax means we all pay the same percentage of our income. so lets say the flat tax is 30%. if u make 30000 u pay 9000 or if u make 1mil u pay 300000. under our current system if u make more than 200,000 u pay a much larger percentage than those who make less than 200000. so that means u pay much more taxes per dollar for making more money.

person a is making 200k a year and person b is making 40k a year and it cost them each 20k a year to live. person a has an extra 180k while person b has 20k should they both pay an equal rate when person a has 9/10's of his income left while person b only has 1/2 of his?

Typical half truths...

First off, it's very true that immigrants do cost money to tax payers in this country. What they also do that so many of your type fail to mention over and over again, is that American companies make an incredible profit by hiring these individuals.

Someone like Meg Whitman who has been staunch against illegal immigration was just caught red handed employing one for over a decade.

Even someone like that understands the benefits of hiring these people because they are exploited by the American people and companies that hire them.

The money we as tax payers spend on illegals, compared to the money American companies profit from hiring them, isn't even close.

These people are the victims, not the criminals. It's all politics to demonize these people because that's what gets the conservative vote. They come in droves like mindless sheep when conservative politicians tell them things like "immigrants are taking our jobs" or "Obama is a Muslim and wants to take away your freedoms"......typical bull**** to scare everyone.

Exactly my friend, don't let these half truths influence you. It's like when they tell you they also bring crime into the states. Yes there is a criminal element that can't be denied but by the own statistics of the U.S govt, they commit less crimes because they don't want to be seen or heard from.
