Really the whole thing was stupid. But interesting thats why i love watching it. But, pretty much eating ANY diet and not doing any execise like that dhude was doing will get you fat. Hell look at any other fast foot joint, Even subway, eating foot long subs with pop and chips every meal can get you fat if you dont work out. Hell there are a **** load of cals in a sub at sub way.

The key to losing weight is staying active. Say your prayers and EAT YOUR VITAMINS

It's not so much the calories but the amount of sodium, cholesterol and fats that pwn your body.

I agree about Subway, though. It's good, healthy food but it can be abused.

yea gotta keep them sodium and cholestoral levels at a very minimum. Subway also has a lot of MSG, MSG fools your brain to think that you are hungry when you are not

it tastes good with mayo. shoudl try it. i never get it toasted tho. get itialian bread and cheddar cheese ..... cheese dont really matter to me tho.
