    Hey all. what do you do before you really start the day?
    is it lyk eat sum healthy cereal,special K.etc
    always a piece of fruit a supplement or two and one
    glass of water?? Cus thats usually mine

    Also Do any of u guys know if porridge/hot oat cereal good
    if you are trying to train?

    Maypo is the best hot cereal IMO....I have not seen it since I moved from the Boston area to Fla tho...like 15 years.

      i usually have a glass of milk, eggs and a bowl of cheerios with banana/oatmeal, then centrum and vitamin c supplements.

        If weight is not a concern, then I recommend pancakes and syrup. Thats what I always ate the day of a fight.
