Hey all. what do you do before you really start the day?
is it lyk eat sum healthy cereal,special K.etc
always a piece of fruit a supplement or two and one
glass of water?? Cus thats usually mine
Also Do any of u guys know if porridge/hot oat cereal good
if you are trying to train?
