One of the reasons why the Casual Sports fans and even most so called Hardcore Boxing Fans don't care about smaller Divisions is because they don't expect those smaller guys get stoppages like that

    Very good post
Unfortunately the smaller divisions never get the respect no matter what

It took years for Canelo, even after beating top opposition, to be considered top 3 P4P. Now suddenly Inoue has passed the "eye test" and he's top 5 P4P.

And no, 3 div champ don't mean a thing nowadays, Adrien Broner is a 4 division champ ffs!

Hmm. His resume does show glimmers of greatness. I do agree it's a bit premature to talk P4P right now.

But remember this is NSB, Home of the "Eye Test".

That's all pound for pound is an eye test not a resume comparison otherwise you wouldn't have Lomachenko or Crawford top of anyone list

Hes a good fighter, but dont compare him to Pac. The cans hes fighting are not even close to who Pac fought.

Lets see him fight at 122 first someone like Navarrete who would really have a huge size advantage not just be taller than Inoue but look like a skinny twigs. Inoune has a wider frame. He is not smaller.

If a washed Nonito is the 2nd best fighter in the division that says a lot.
Your arguments against him are stupid. Bantamweight is a traditional weight class that has been here well over 100 years. 122 is a very new weight class. Inoue is a natural bantamweight or jr bantamweight. He has not size or weight advantage over his opponents. That is just your excuse to trash him because you don't seem to like him much for some reason. You call Donaire washed up when he looked good last fight. Inoue will probably smash Donaire but you already belittle that win in advance. If Inoue fights this Navarrete I am sure he will KO him too. 4 pounds won't save him. Inoue isn't the next Pacquiao. He is the original Inoue monster. He is fighting the best fighters in his weight class and knocking them out quickly so that's all any boxer can do. What's not to like?

Man he's a great boxer..but people already putting him ahead of Crawford on the p4p list just cause they don't like it.
It's like when people were putting people ahead of Ward in favor of Chocolatito.

If you're going to downplay someone's ability, maybe it'd be best to sort out the spelling of his name and your using of e in an -ing word.

                  No, that's what P4P became.

P4P USED to be about what you've done. Not what it "looks" like you "might" could do.

Floyd Mayweather wasn't considered a P4P fighter until long after he'd beaten multiple world champions in MULTIPLE weight classes. Same with Manny Pacquiao.

If Hamed were prime in this current state of "eye tests", he'd get called P4P for the Said Lawal knockout. LOL

Inoue has looked impressive so far in his career. But really, who has he beaten?

What's his best win? Old man Narvaez?

Inoue has the potential to be better than Pacman.

Greatest Japanese fighter of all time in my eyes. I dont give a fuk about Harada.
