They should at least with amateur boxing, those huge gloves are preventing knockouts.

They are 10oz as always, however I don't think that is about the size actually, it is about the kind of glove, is hard to make a fist with them.

I think they wanted to make them smaller, but everyone - like the WBC - fought against that because of the lack of head gear.

            What weight are ufc gloves?
Old school boxing gloves are 6oz If I'm not mistaken.
Gloves in the 1880s and 1890s where usually 5 ounces; it was pretty consistent. There began a push, just after the turn of the century, for 8 ounce gloves. The Frawley Act (circa 1907-1917) called for 8 ounce gloves for amateurs, but the Johnson-Jeffries fight in 1910 (as with most professional fights) went off with 5 ounce gloves.

Boxing with MMA gloves should become a spinoff sport.

Some of the MMA fights are practically like that. Most of McGregors fights were.

You said it better... Perfect brither.

There was a fight recently where the winner died.

Two careers ruined within 12 rounds.

                  RIP... Peace brother. Peace.

                    Fights would be better.
Less glove requires less talent to knock someone out. Stupid fůcking thread from a casual shíthead.
