yeah i think totalitarian prison system is the best and work great in japan since the crime stats are so low. it wont work in america though.

The Japanese are careful who they allow to stay in Japan. They are not going to be taking in Syrian refugees, or uneducated fools to suck off the welfare system.
I can't imagine Somali refugees running wild in the streets.

You guys believe everything you hear and see in movies. Rape isnt as common as you think. Ive been locked up twice in my early 20s, did 2 years combined, and i can tell you that only certain type of guys get targeted.
