He's right. He tried to go after Lomachenko but he can't push him into the ring if Lomachenko won't fight him.

I think Haney is gonna just have to find good competition like Fortuna or something. Lopez is going to fight Top Rank fighters. That's not to knock Teo, that's just how it goes. I think he moves up after the Kambosos fight.
