  • Please improve my diet!

    So here is my typical diet. Please can you add subtle changes so I can keep eating what I'm eating but get more calories into my diet, cheers.


    Breakfast: 150g Grilled chicken, wholewheat pasta (60g pre cooked), broccoli (130g)

    Lunch: 3 whole eggs (scrambled), baby pots 155g, spinach 105g

    Snack: 20g brazil/walnuts/almonds

    Dinner: 112g tuna, 56g brown rice pre cooked, 40g kale

    Supper: 150g grilled chicken, mixed salad baby leaf/peppers/tomatoes

      peanut butter and almond butter are pretty good and nutritious way to add some quick calories. 100 calories per tablespoon. I eat on celery and can probably fit 4 or 5 tablespoons on one large piece. One avocado is at least 200 calories. I typically make guacamole and just put on anything. Guacamole on a hamburger is the bomb!

        Are you trying to gain or maintain your weight? Also, how big are you? I ask because 1250 calories doesn't seem like a lot.

            Eat MORE.

            Get some of this in addition to that;

            Cod
            Milk
            Protein shakes
            Steak

              I rarely drink milk. Not sure why. Steak I can eat all day long.

                Yeah I get that. The nutrients in milk is for baby cows, not for humans.
