So here is my typical diet. Please can you add subtle changes so I can keep eating what I'm eating but get more calories into my diet, cheers.
Breakfast: 150g Grilled chicken, wholewheat pasta (60g pre cooked), broccoli (130g)
Lunch: 3 whole eggs (scrambled), baby pots 155g, spinach 105g
Snack: 20g brazil/walnuts/almonds
Dinner: 112g tuna, 56g brown rice pre cooked, 40g kale
Supper: 150g grilled chicken, mixed salad baby leaf/peppers/tomatoes
