where was the fight to be held? If in Europe, I can see why he would turn it down. If in the states, no excuses he should have taken it.

In the US on HBO and for the WBA and IBO belts.

Most people who watch HBO and Showtime don't know who Golovkin is. GG is one of my favorite fighters but the truth is the truth.


Yes and that's because he was offered a fight against Ortiz who is a big name in america. You can't compare that to Quillin being offered a Golovkin fight.

So in other words, Quillin is a coward because he didn't drop his fight against Rubio to fight Golovkin on short notice, and for those that think 7 weeks is enough for training, I want to remind them that negotiations will take longer than that... So guys hold up your horses.

I like the title of this thread tries to **** on Quillin by saying he turned it down yet the tweet clearly says they approached GBP. TS must be a Quillin hater.
