But I think the motion used on those donkey kick machines that mostly women use to sculpt their butt is very sport specific. Squats deadlifts olympic lifts etc get you going up, they get you going forward the direction used in real life most of teh time.
Anyway Im trying it with bands and once you start using a strong resistance it gets awkward and dangerous.
Any idea on how to do it safely?
