Catching coins technique

What do you guys think of this video? I'm tossing coins at a mirror while catching them within punches and throwing quick combinations. I just started this recently.

Thanks for the feedback! And yeah I did clean it afterwards lol sometimes I lightly punch my mirror with gloves as well
