I guess all those black men killed by the US police is justice too since much more black people kill white people in America than vice versa.

Unless that woman killed black S. Africans herself, murder is not justice.

The death penalty is not murder.

The person being executed has had a jury trial, been found guilty, sentenced to death, and then had the case go through numerous appeals.

It's a technically a homicide, yes, but not a murder.

That just your rationalization of it (popular one too doesnt mean its right)

Did hitler commit Homicides or Murders?

Im sure the nazi just looked at it as homicides just casualties of war but everyone else looks at it as Murders.

                If its all just technicalities.

but to end it, JUSTICE CAN BE MURDER! you agree?

No, those were facts and the textbook definitions of the words.

There is a big difference between murder and homicide.

Homicide is a scientific term, while murder is a legal term. And of course those definitions are different. They are not synonyms.

                  Mass murders.

Actually they justified it by other reasons.

Eugenics, living space, retaliation for WWI, etc.

You can't round up, lock up, and gas millions of human beings and call it casualties of war.

                  Of course I dont agree.

                  Murder is a crime.

Civilized societies dont punish crime with more crime.

Serial killer Ted Bundy abducted, raped, and murdered at least 30 women.

                    Ted Bundy has a daughter.

If someone were to abduct, rape, and murder his daughter, would it be justice or a crime committed against an innocent person?

homicide definition Includes all killings, their only distinctions. So calling a murder a homicide will be correct aswell.

Now that we got that out of the way.

In a civilized society the people say what is just and what is not just, the death penalty is murder to the 20+ states who are opposed to it and in due time the majority of states will be opposed to it. So right now you can say the death penalty is "HOMICIDE" and "JUSTICE" but in a decade or more it will be outlawed and become a "MURDER" and "UNJUST" and the only thing that changed was time and peoples opinions i.e. rationalization, murder is murder the only difference is rationalization.

Depends on the person rationalization of the acts. Did she benefit from her fathers crimes? if so she is a co-conspirator.

You cant steal a tv from best buy and give it to your daughter and you go to jail but your daughter gets keep the TV.

So............... its all perception. In Society popular opinions define things and in time popular opinions changes and things get labled and relabeled, things become acceptable and unacceptable and vice verse, so give it any label you want, homicide, murder, etc but a killing is a killing and in our society right now we have the death penalty and call it just, so yes murder/homicide is just by our society standards today.
