The first fight was interesting but only because Cotto was able to land a jab. Is that enough to beat Mayweather? Absolutely not, I don't think it would be a good fight for Cotto, as Mayweather would probably pick him apart and stop him, but money talks.

Might be another entertaining fight... and

- Since Pac has been protected by Bob for the last few years from Floyd (plus he has to build some stadiums and ****)

- Martinez fighting Chavez jr with a possible rematch

- Alvarez being too green

- Khan just being embarrassed and outclassed by Floyd

Cotto would be a good pick IMO. Also we know if Bob makes Pac vs JMM IV, Ol' Bob won't let Bradley fight Floyd either. So Timmy is out of the picture too.
